After service with the Royal Navy, Andy has enjoyed a varied career with roles in banking, accountancy, financial services and software.

Andy has considerable experience working with start ups and scaling businesses, particularly in the digital and creative sector.

Andy is passionate about helping small business owners realise their vision and potential.

Outside of work Andy has 3 boys and a cocker spaniel. When not acting as taxi driver, Andy is also a Scout Leader at 1st Waldridge Fell Scout Group in Chester Le Street. Interests are hiking, camping, and all things outdoors

Antonia is a qualified Accountant with an IT background. Her diverse industry experience means she is here to help clients with more than accounts and compliance. Antonia will help produce detailed analytics and reports that show clients how to understand revenue, expenditure, cash flow, resourcing and more. With this data driven insight clients are able to make informed decisions and free up their time to focus on what their business really does.

Outside of work Antonia has two young sons, and a golden retriever called Walter. She supports her local scout group and enjoys CrossFit whenever time allows.

Cveta is an experienced Accountant and Small Business tax expert, working away behind the scenes ensuring clients bookkeeping and accounts are in good order, ready for tax returns, reporting, and all things compliance related. Cveta enjoys delving into the detail, the spreadsheets and the systems that support all our clients.

Outside of work, Cveta is married with two young children, and spends part of the year visiting family back home in Bulgaria. The delights of digital working enable her to work from anywhere and still provide clients with the same fantastic service.

Suzie joined our team with many years experience as an Accountant and small business tax expert. Having worked for several of the North East’s leading Accountancy Practices she brings a wealth of knowledge on best practice, tax and compliance processes.

Outside of work Suzie is a keen baker and DIY'er, when not busy making a mess she enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
