3 Steps to Invoicing and Electronic Payments

Abacus Jack software, provided by FreeAgent, now allows you to generate an invoice, email it to customers automatically, and include a link which enables your customer to pay you electronically, for example through Pay Pal.

Here's how simple it is to use...

1) Generate an invoice and select whether or not you want your customer to have the option of making an online payment.

Give customers the option to pay you online. Receive invoice payments quickly and securely. 


Abacus Jack supports Pay Pal, Go Cardless, and Stripe Payment Services

2) Email the invoice directly from your account, using your pre-defined email template or your own message.


3) Once the customer has successfully paid via the link, the money is automatically sent to your bank account and reconciled to your Abacus Jack account.


Use the best payment method for your customers

This will vary from business to business, but it is now an expectation from most customers to be able to pay for things electronically and for that to be simple, secure, and instant.

As such we encourage all our clients to consider taking payment using an online system such as PayPal for card payments, or GoCardless for Direct Debits. Or If you do a lot of face-to-face business, think about using a mobile payment solution such as iZettle or mPowa
